Rush orders are not accepted. (Please allow at least 4–5 days depending on the work details and current queue.)

Each client may commission a maximum of 2 pieces at a time.

You may book multiple future commissions, but deadlines must be clear and reasonable.

Please provide a clear and detailed brief.

Briefs can be changed anytime before your slot begins.

If the brief is changed after the slot begins, an additional 2 Dollar fee will apply.

Only original characters (OCs) created by the client are accepted. (Copyrighted or owned characters will not be accepted unless for personal use only.)

A 50% or 100% upfront payment is required before starting the commission.

To reserve a slot, pay 50% of the total price.

Commercial use will be charged at double the base price

Reservation fees are non-refundable if the client cancels the slot.

No refunds will be issued once the commission is completed.

The artist may share completed works as commission samples. (Please notify in advance if you’re not comfortable with this.)

Let the artist know if you want your commission to remain private and not be shared on social media.

You may modify the work, but you may not claim it as your own.

Reselling under multiple licenses or at a price different from the agreed amount is prohibited.

Auctioning the commissioned work is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

The starting price does not include the details of the skin, model, or additional options from Figura.

If revisions exceed 3 times, an additional fee will be charged as appropriate.
